At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shoebox or apparel packaging, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
