How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your DTLR account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release footwear may be marked as final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, DTLR ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our global community in the future.
Are the products sold on DTLR authentic?
Yes, 100%. DTLR is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and New Balance. Every product we sell is guaranteed to be authentic.
